Identity Verification Check-in

A credit card identity verification sheet must be completed on-site, and all the information must match with the ID, including the name on the credit card used for the online reservation which also must be presented on-site. A copy of the Id will be added to the credit card identity verification sheet.

If the group is less than 4 players and you want to have a Private Game you must indicate YES in the designated area above and cover the difference. If your group is less than 4 players and you have no problem sharing the room with other players please indicate NO in the designated area above.
